Bridges: Ashley Hall’s New Student Orientation Program

Bridges is a joyful and welcoming orientation program designed just for new students. It’s a wonderful opportunity to make new friends, get to know Ashley Hall’s beloved traditions, and feel confident and excited for the school year ahead. Save the dates! More details to come.

Ashley Hall Spirit Store Summer Schedule

The campus Spirit Store carries a variety of Ashley Hall merchandise items and gently used uniform pieces*. The Spirit Store is located in the Lane Student Life Center and can be accessed through the left-hand door of the building’s entrance on the first floor.

Summer Hours:
Friday, July 25: 12 – 4:30 p.m.
Friday, August 1: 12 – 4:30 p.m.
Thursday, August 7: 12 – 4:30 p.m.
Friday, August 8: 12 – 4:30 p.m.
Thursday, August 14: 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Friday, August 15: 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Beginning Monday, August 18, this Spirit Store will operate on a regular schedule.

*All students in grades Pre-Kindergarten through grade 12 are required to wear a uniform. See details below.

All students in grades Pre-Kindergarten through grade 12 are required to wear a uniform.

New Uniform Launch Event! Schoolbelles is Ashley Hall’s new uniform provider. They will be on campus on May 15 and 16 for students to try on sizes and place orders. New families are invited to attend between 5:30 and 6 p.m. each day. More details to come.

Gently Used Uniforms: The Ashley Hall Spirit Store offers a selection of gently used uniforms in a variety of sizes.

Ashley Hall After-School Programs

Whether you need Extended Day care or are interested in new ways for your child to explore their hobbies, we’ve got you covered. Ashley Hall After School (AHAS) provides students of all ages with amazing opportunities after the school day ends, including youth sports, enrichment classes, swim lessons, private music lessons, and more. The fall schedule will be released mid-July.

Early School

Two locations: Pre-primary and Primary carpool take place on Rutledge Avenue. Pre-kindergarten and Pre-kindergarten takes place on Smith Street.

Drop-off:
Pre-primary: 7:30-8:15 a.m. on Rutledge Avenue
Primary: 7:30-8:15 a.m. on Rutledge Avenue
Pre-kindergarten: 7:30-8:05 a.m. on Smith Street

Dismissal:
Pre-primary: 2:30-2:45 p.m. on Rutledge Avenue

Late-in: Thursday, Friday

Drop-off: 7:30 – 8 a.m. and 8:30 – 9 a.m. on Rutledge Avenue. If a student arrives between 8 and 8:30 a.m., they must enter through the Smith Street gate.
