Whether you need Extended Day care or are interested in new ways for your child to explore their hobbies, we’ve got you covered. Ashley Hall After School (AHAS) provides students of all ages with amazing opportunities after the school day ends, including youth sports, enrichment classes, swim lessons, private music lessons, and more.
CUBS Youth Sports | Pre-Kindergarten - Grade 4
Spring Session Two (March 3 – 20)
CUBS is an expansion of Ashley Hall Athletics designed to teach future Panther athletes fundamental skills and the PQV spirit.
Fee: $120 | Three Weeks

Spring Semester (January 27 – April 30)
This semester-long program is geared towards students interested in a fast-paced class emphasizing ballet techniques and artistry. The choreography will be created during classes and tailored specifically to the participating students as we prepare for our culminating spring showcase.
Fee: $250 (Nine Weeks)

Spring 2025 Club Offerings
Art Club | Students can use various art materials to be creative and have fun!
Art & Nature Club | Students will make lots of fun crafts using natural objects, such as plants, flowers, rocks, shells, and more. In addition to making these fun crafts, we will also learn some very cool facts about the objects we are using.
Bee Club | The Bee Club will explore the world of bees through a hands-on, experiential learning opportunity to connect with the natural world and understand the bee’s critical impact on the ecosystem.
Jewelry Making Club: Students will make many unique jewelry pieces, a jewelry box, and other accessories. We will learn how to make our own beads, assemble jewelry using pliers, and learn the basics of jewelry making.
Marine Science Club: Ocean explorers dive into the ocean’s wonders with our Marine Science Club, a fun and educational adventure designed for young explorers fascinated by the sea. This program provides an engaging introduction to marine science through hands-on activities, interactive learning, art projects, and more! Embark on a journey through various marine environments, from coral reefs to deep-sea trenches. Learn about different ocean zones, the unique creatures that inhabit them, and the crucial roles they play in marine ecosystems.
Photography Club | Have you ever wanted to be a photographer? Well, this is your chance! In this after-school class, students will learn the basics of photography in all its forms. They will learn about composition, lighting, and other core strategies that allow professionals to take incredible photos. We will also take pictures of campus, go on nature tours, and even create beautiful creations for local businesses!
Young Chefs Club | Students will embark on a delicious seasonal journey of culinary exploration by taking on an entire meal, one dish at a time. Each week, students will learn the basics, beginning with a main dish, accompanying sides, and, of course, a delicious autumnal dessert just in time for the holidays. Whether your child is well on her way to experimenting in the kitchen or needs to be a little more of an adventurous eater, this class will be sure to inspire curiosity and encourage a lifelong passion for cooking in a supportive and fun environment. Join us and watch your child’s love for food and cooking blossom! The fee is $275, which includes a $25 supply fee.
Extended Day | Early School - Grade 6
Spring Semester (January 7 – May 28)
Join us for the fall semester in our after-school care program. Each student receives a snack, homework help, free play, and supervision until 6:00 p.m.

Private Music Lessons | Ages 5 -18
Spring Semester (January 7 – April 18)
Serving Ashley Hall and the greater Charleston community, the private lesson program offers music instruction and performance opportunities to students of all levels, ages 5 through 18. Lessons are offered in piano, violin, viola, cello, guitar, voice, music theory, and composition.

Where do I register?
Ashley Hall After School registration is now hosted on Campium. You can access our website to log in or create an account here: https://ashleyhall.campium.com/
How do I register?
Once you complete the AHAS form for your child(ren), you will select all the enrichment opportunities you’d like them to participate in. This includes extended days, private lessons, swimming, cubs, dance, and specialty clubs.
My child was waitlisted, what do I do?
Each program director will compile the list of registered students and ensure that each child is placed in the appropriate group. Once groups are finalized, any spaces made available will be opened to the waitlist in the order the child(ren) were registered.
When is payment due for all AHAS programming?
Can I be issued a refund for a session?
There are no refunds for any session once registration is completed. A credit for future programming may be issued per written request; however, all final decisions are up to the discretion of the School.
