First Week of School Preparation
Grades 7-12 | Class Placement Assessment
June 1, 2026
Ashley Hall will host a class placement assessment in the subjects of math and selected language elective (Spanish or French) on the morning on Monday, June 1, for all of our new students in grades 7-12. Details are forthcoming.
Bridges: Ashley Hall’s New Student Orientation Program
Bridges is a joyful and welcoming orientation program designed just for new students. It’s a wonderful opportunity to make new friends, get to know Ashley Hall’s beloved traditions, and feel confident and excited for the school year ahead. Save the dates! More details to come.

Ashley Hall Summer Programs

Ashley Hall offers a vibrant summer program that includes a variety of camps for students of all ages. While Early School and Lower School camps are currently full, click below to explore available camps for grades 5-11 and summer athletic programs for rising grades 5-8.

Ashley Hall After-School Programs
Whether you need Extended Day care or are interested in new ways for your child to explore their hobbies, we’ve got you covered. Ashley Hall After School (AHAS) provides students in grades PreK-12 with amazing opportunities after the school day ends, including youth sports, enrichment classes, swim lessons, private music lessons, and more. The fall schedule will be released mid-July.
Uniforms
All students in grades Pre-Kindergarten through grade 12 are required to wear a uniform. Schoolbelles is Ashley Hall’s new uniform provider. To pre-order uniforms through Schoolbelles, please click here for more details.
Ashley Hall’s uniform supplier, School Belles, will be on campus in May for families to come in and see uniform options and sizing. The dates are listed below:
May 12 | 12 – 6:00 p.m.
May 13 | 7:30 am – 3:30 p.m.
Gently Used Uniforms: The Ashley Hall Spirit Store offers a selection of gently used uniforms in various sizes.
Ashley Hall Spirit Store Summer Schedule
The campus Spirit Store carries a variety of Ashley Hall merchandise items and gently used uniform pieces. The Spirit Store is located in the Lane Student Life Center and can be accessed through the left-hand door of the building’s entrance on the first floor.

Visitors will sign in at Pardue Hall Reception and will then be directed to the Spirit Store.

Early School
Pre-primary and Primary carpool take place on Rutledge Avenue.
Drop off: 7:30 – 8:15 a.m.
Dismissal: 2:30 – 2:45 p.m.
Pre-kindergarten carpool takes place on Smith Street.
Drop off: 7:30 – 8:15 a.m.
Dismissal: 2:30 – 2:45 p.m.
Lower School
Drop-off: 7:30 – 8:05 a.m. on Smith Street
Dismissal: On Smith Street
Kindergarten: 2:30 p.m.
