Art Club | Students have the free choice to use a variety of art materials to be creative and have fun!

Art & Nature Club | Students will make lots of fun crafts, using objects that we can find in nature, such as plants, flowers, rocks, shells, and more. Along with making these fun crafts, we will also learn some very cool facts about the objects we are using.

Bee Club | Explore the world of bees through a hands-on, experiential learning opportunity, to connect with the natural world and understand the bee’s critical impact on the ecosystem.

Broadway Basics Club | Calling all aspiring Broadway stars! Join us to sing, dance, and act! We will focus on developing skills in all areas of Broadway basics and have fun with lots of great activities to showcase talents.

Jewelry Making Club | Students will make lots of unique pieces of jewelry, a jewelry box, and other accessories. We will learn how to make our own beads, assemble jewelry using pliers, and learn the basics of jewelry making.

Manners Club | Do you think your child could use a refresher on manners?  Does she know how to greet people, express gratitude, demonstrate proper hygiene, or eat politely at a table?  With today’s hustle-and-bustle world such niceties may fall to the wayside in the quest for expediency. However, demonstrating good manners is an important social skill that will help your child stand out and ease her way forward in life.  The “Miss Manners” class will teach all these skills and more, culminating in a finale tea party!

Puzzle Club | What’s the missing piece to your student’s day? Puzzle club! Come join us for a creative outlet, team building, and abstract thinking activity. All student’s are welcome and no experience is necessary!

Readers Club | In Readers Theater Club, students will have an opportunity to practice their fluency and expression in reading as they act out a story. They will collaborate to pick roles, make costumes, and bring their script to life through movement, speech, and drama.

3D Book Craft Club | Book folding is a therapeutic way to spend time and put an old book to good use. Students will learn how to make books into several shapes (like a hedgehog!) while listening to calming music.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Where do I register?

Ashley Hall After School registration is now hosted on Campium. You can access our website to log in or create an account here: https://ashleyhall.campium.com/

How do I register?

Once you complete the AHAS form for your child(ren), you will select all the fall enrichment opportunities you’d like for them to participate in. This includes extended days, private lessons, swimming, cubs, dance, and specialty clubs.

My child was waitlisted, what do I do?

Each program director will compile the list of registered students and ensure that each child is placed in the appropriate group. Once groups are finalized, any spaces made available will be opened to the waitlist in the order the child(ren) were registered.

When is payment due for all AHAS programming?

All funds for Ashley Hall After School programs are now due in full upon registration. This includes Extended Day, swimming, enrichment classes, private lessons, CUBS, and dance. We will be utilizing Campium to host all registration. Please know that you must create an account and you can use a credit card to submit payment (AMEX is not accepted). Campium is the same registration site utilized for our summer programs, and any account you’ve already created can be used for fall enrichment.
You can access Ashley Hall’s registration site by visiting https://ashleyhall.campium.com/

Can I be issued a refund for a session?

There are no refunds for any session once registration is completed. A credit for future programming may be issued per written request; however, all final decisions are up to the discretion of the School.

Do I need Extended Day care?

All Early School students who plan to stay after school must register for Extended Day. The only exception is CUBS after-school program which starts immediately after dismissal.

All K-8 students who plan to stay after school must register for Extended Day. Those students enrolled in an AHAS session that starts between 3-4:00 p.m. do not need to enroll in Extended Day as long as they are picked up directly at the conclusion of their AHAS programming and do not return to Extended Day.
