Pardue Hall faculty and students share a very special commitment to helping the families of the Ronald McDonald House. The minutes of service that the entire Lower School have given to support the RMC are as numerous as the pop tabs they collect for recycling. On November 15, 2011, to honor and celebrate this special partnership, Ashley Hall has been invited to be a very special part of the "Lights of Love Kids Helping Kids" program at The Ronald McDonald House. Two Ashley Hall students will together flip the switch to illuminate for the first time the RMC's 2011 holiday decorations. Ashley Hall will also be receiving a very special award called The Youth Spirit of Love Award on this special night.
The schedule for the evening is as follows:
4:00 pm - Ashley Hall Caroline's Carolers begin singing and guests arrive
4:30 pm - Introductions and Awards
5:20 pm - Ashley Hall's 5th and 6th Grade Strings
5:50 pm - Strings end and Ashley Hall Swing Choir sings "Seasons of Love"
6:00 pm - Second Grader, Katelyn Thompson, and Senior, Litsa Darby, Light the House!
We hope you will celebrate this very special evening with the Ashley Hall Lower School and the Ronald McDonald House.
