In 2010 the faculty of Ashley Hall worked together to define and summarize the defining qualities of an Ashley Hall graduate. What came from their work were the seven Hallmarks: Compassionate, Discerning, Intelligent, Purposeful, Worldly, Collaborative, and Creative.
November begins a seven month series of focused attention on the development and understanding of each of the Hallmarks. The series begins with a focus on what it means to be compassionate. Students and faculty who demonstrate this Hallmark in an exemplary way will be recognized by their student leaders and colleagues, awarded a wristband symbolizing the Hallmark and featured in the new AH eNews Weekly. and on the video screens across campus.
If you have a story of a student or faculty member demonstrating compassion in a remarkable way, please share her or his story with Catherine Newman, Director of Communications and Marketing, at newmanc@ashleyhall.org or 843-720-2886.
