The Ashley Hall Upper School Theater Department is proud to present Steel Magnolias on
October 5th and 6th at 7 pm in Davies Auditorium. This charming,
moving, and often hysterically funny piece is about six southern ladies
who meet in the town's preeminent beauty parlor to share their stories. They will take you on their journeys through life, love, birth, death,
and most importantly friendship.

The movie was rich with blockbuster movie stars such as Julia
Roberts, Shirley MacLaine, and Sally Fields. We feel no less proud and
impressed with the young ladies who will be featured in our production. Laighton Cain, Rebecca Howell, Player Lowndes, Jessica McDowell, Daisy
Stackpole, and Alexa Weeks demonstrate their considerable talents as
they bring you this wonderful piece of theater that will make you laugh,
cry, and just feel good to be alive.
