PQV to fifth grader, Carolyn Barrett, who won the Judge's Award at the Coastal Carolina Fair in the Young People's Art Category with her painting of a panda in a forest of bamboo. This award is unique from the typical 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards and is the only one that comes with a cash award.
