Back-to-School Forms and Information | Due August 11

In late July you will receive all registration, health, and immunization forms that will need to be submitted by August 11. All forms are due back to Ashley Hall by this date. Please note that all student forms must be submitted to Ashley Hall before 2017–2018 schedules/classroom information is released.

Orientation Day | August 22

Early Education Center (seen below for details)
Kindergarten-2nd grade + 7th and 8th grades | 11:00am-1:00pm
9th and 10th grades + 3rd and 4th grades | 2:00pm-4:00pm
11th and 12th grades + 5th and 6th grades | 5:00pm-7:00pm

New for the 2017-2018 school year, Orientation Day holds fun activities for both parents and students throughout the day in addition to the information needed for a smooth school year.

We ask that you treat these events as required, regardless of the age of your child and your longevity at the school. The first hour of each session will be highly informational and provide the groundwork for a productive family/student and school relationship. The following hour will allow parents to participate in division—specific rotations.

Special information “booths” will also be available to learn more about Ashley Hall’s culture and campus life, the Uniform Store will be open, and there will be a festive atmosphere as our Ashley Hall families return from their summer breaks. We can’t wait to see you there!

New for 2017-2018: Bus Transportation Service Available for Select Routes

Ashley Hall is pleased to announce the offering of select bus routes in the Charleston area for the upcoming school year. Based on response, we are exploring the feasibility of a fee-based school bus transportation service offering families both one-way or round-trip service. This service will offer the flexibility and convenience of transporting your child(ren) to school each day within the safety of a school bus. Ashley Hall will partner with SchoolWheels Direct, a leader in independent school transportation programs within the Charleston area. SchoolWheels Direct will provide a school bus equipped with lap belts, AC, GPS, and cameras for security.

Based on feedback received this spring from Ashley Hall families, a possible route has been determined with stops that are in close proximity to our families. At present, we would like to offer two routes for families on Daniel Island, Mt. Pleasant, John’s Island, James Island, and West Ashley. The tentative stops and times are listed on the registration page linked below. The buses will be scheduled to arrive at Ashley Hall at approximately 7:30am. The trip home will leave Ashley Hall at approximately 3:35pm for traditional full-class days.
